All orders are insured, signature-required and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery arrives within 3–5 business days; expedited delivery is available at checkout for 1–2 business day arrival. Shipping is complimentary on all orders.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Unworn items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To begin a return, contact our Client Services team and we will provide a prepaid, insured shipping label.

Exchanges for a different size or finish are welcome within the same 30-day window. Personalized or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Every piece is inspected by hand before it leaves our atelier. If your order arrives damaged or is faulty in any way, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
