Two easy ways to measure

Measure a ring that fits the same finger. Lay it on a ruler and measure the inside diameter in millimetres straight across the centre, from one inner edge to the other. Find it in the table; if it falls between two sizes, choose the larger one.
Measure your finger. Wrap a thin strip of paper snugly, but not tightly, around the base of your finger and mark where it overlaps.
